National Plumber’s Day
Phoenix, Arizona - American statesman Benjamin Franklin brought the first bathtub to
America in 1790. The full-service plumbing company that bears his name continues to
innovate as it looks forward to National Plumber's Day on April 25th. In celebration of the
event, Benjamin Franklin Plumbing will donate a portion of their proceeds for each call
booked on April 25th to New Life Center, a refuge from domestic violence for women
and children.
"We pride ourselves on having the most advanced customer service credo in the
industry," says Linda Stanfield of Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. "Not only that, we care
deeply about our community. That is why we have selected New Life Center to receive a
portion of the proceeds from each call booked on National Plumber's Day."
Ginny Solis, Board Member for New Life Center, states, "We're thankful that Benjamin
Franklin Plumbing is remembering our organization on National Plumber's Day. Their
generosity will empower us to continue to offer shelter, safety and services to families
seeking independent, violence-free lives."
Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, the fastest-growing plumbing franchise in the United
States, offers many products to enhance the home and several that are conscious of
environmental concerns. Among the many luxury plumbing items available on the
market today are adjustable massage, hand-held, high pressure, or dual shower heads,
bidets, gourmet faucets, and whirlpool clawfoot tubs.
Eco-friendly products such as the tankless or "briefcase" water heater (which provides
hot water on demand without the energy loss from storage tanks in conventional water
heaters) and the TOTO toilet (which uses only 1.3 gallons of water per flush - nearly
20% less than standard high-efficiency toilets) are also available and are growing in
popularity.
Benjamin Franklin Plumbing invites its customers to celebrate National Plumber's Day
on April 25th with them by giving themselves the present of a luxurious bathroom fixture,
"green" appliance, or a plumbing repair.
