Residential Service Plumber


Primary responsibilities:

  • Install/replace/repair fixtures and water heaters
  • Install/replace/repair drain and sewer
  • Install/replace/repair plumbing components
  • Emergency calls and after hour work
  • Ongoing training and certifications
  • Problem resolution
  • Ensuring quality work and cleanliness
  • Maintain customer loyalty
  • Communication with team members both internally and externally (other trade partners)
  • Attend regular team meetings to pursue innovative ideas for a progressive and bright future
  • Maintain clear and concise communication with customers
  • Maintain clean driving record
  • Obey, teach and enforce the Benjamin Franklin Plumbing Code of Ethics, Team Rules and Team Philosophy

Requirements

  • 5 years service plumbing experience required

Client Care Representative


Primary Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming client telephone calls
  • Ensure that each call is answered before the third ring and that the approved company greeting and script is followed
  • Assist with the supervision and dispatching of all scheduled service and maintenance calls to ensure maximum efficiency of scheduling
  • Notify clients about scheduled time windows and rescheduling
  • Debrief plumbers after each call
  • Obey, teach and enforce the Benjamin Franklin Code of Ethics, Team Rules and Team Philosophy

Dispatcher


Primary Responsibilities

  • Dispatch all service calls to ensure maximum scheduling efficiency
  • Manage the dispatch board to keep field personnel on the move
  • Notify clients about scheduled time windows and rescheduling
  • Communicate with the Purchasing and Warehouse Coordinator to help arrange efficient delivery of parts to the plumbers
  • Adhere to the Dispatching for Profits Priority Service Schedule, including the 10-28 dispatching system
  • Share responsibility to ensure that all plumbers arrive at their designated appointments ON TIME
  • Obey, teach and enforce the Benjamin Franklin Plumbing Code of Ethics, Team Rules and Team Philosophy
