Jarod did a great job installing the smart toilet. Recommend anyone wanting this service be aware electrical plug required, in addition the water shot off has to have a dual outlet for a and b which may require relocation of shut off moved farther away from smart toilet drywall repair will be required for both electrical and water. Be sure smart toilet comes with floor template to ensure proper distancing and location.

Needed an exterior bib replaced, called Benjamin Franklin plumbing. They answered right away. Jack came out next day. He was awesome professional and knowledgeable. Job was done fast and process was very reasonable. Highly recommend!

Will did a wonderful job. He installed a tankless water heater and replaced my pressure reducing valve. They work great. I'm very pleased. Will's working conditions were not ideal; they were very hot and a little stuffy in the garage (the work area). But he did a quality job and answered all my questions.

Tristan was very nice and easy to talk to. Walked me through what he was doing and what it does. Explained what I can do in the future to better maintain tankless hot water heater. However never pushed me to buy or upgrade. Definitely recommend. Called about my problem they were there in about an hour to fix it.

He called ahead giving us plenty of time to be ready, he was very friendly, respectful, professional, knowledgeable and finished the job quickly and proficiently. So even though this was devastating to have this plumbing emergency, it cost money we never planned and stressed us out. This team was out within an hour or two to my home and we were able to find a solution and execute this solution immediately! Special shout out to my guy Brad! Had an old corroded section of pipe in my outdoor gas fire pit that needed to be replaced. The ring where flames are dispensed was also severely corroded. I now feel I can move forward, knowing what should have been discussed and done that wasn't. I will be contacting the other company today with more confidence. I appreciated Jake's advice and recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to folks who want to have the job done right. I also really appreciated the fact that I was not charged for this information, and even if Jake had come to my home to see the work, it would have been a free estimate.
