What if I referred someone prior to June 2019?
We will honor any referrals within the last 60 days (April 1, 2019) from the program launch date (June 3, 2019)
Do I have to fill out the form myself?
Yourself or the person who referred you can complete the form to receive your gift cards
Do we both have to fill out the form?
No, only one person needs to complete the form to receive your gift cards
When can I expect my gift card?
Within 7-10 business days after your service has been completed
Can I just get $50 off my service today?
No, our program offers $50 gift cards so you AND your friend can benefit from this program
Why do I have to fill out the form online?
We need to have a way to verify the information to be able to give out your gift cards
Is there a maximum amount of times I can refer someone per year?
No, as long as the person you refer each time is a new customer and the online form is completed each time, there is no cap on referral gift cards
