Happy New Years 2014

Welcome to 2014 and a year open to possibilities.  Happy New Years 2014! Everyone at Ben Franklin Plumbing AZ wishes you a Happy New Year and all the best in 2014.

Most people are thinking about New’ Year’s Resolutions this time of year. I wanted to take an opportunity to share some of my resolutions with you.

I have resolutions for my family, like going on more hikes together. Our family is growing and some even have families of their own. Besides having fun, I would like to use our hikes as an opportunity for all of us to become educated on desert plants and how to save water.

I also have resolutions for my team members. I want to help our team members learn more about what interests them and meet the goals they set for their new year. Plumbing service is a way of life for me and our team members. We all like to have fun with what we do while also supporting our homeowners’ needs. We want to always be ready when our customers need us!

Of course I also have resolutions for my business. My goal for 2014 is to educate homeowners on how their plumbing choices can make their lives better as well as more convenient. One major objective is to help more homeowners with water conservation. I want to help them find the products that work really well while saving water at the same time. I also want to produce more YouTube videos this year. I want these videos to help homeowners with water conservation and how to keep their plumbing systems running smoothly.

Personally, I will be making an effort to get all of the plumbing in my house up to date. I also want to focus more on preventative maintenance. I hope that my efforts encourage you in your efforts, too.
